Sitter Service for Local Families
Suncoast Sitters prides itself on recruiting and referring the most experienced sitters who we then carefully train and fully screen prior to being matched with your family.
Suncoast Sitters is a locally owned Babysitting Service providing Top-Notch Sitters on the Suncoast of Florida. We service: South Tampa, St Pete, Brandon, Lithia, Apollo Beach, Parrish, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice and North Port – and all areas in between!
Our Agency Fees
These are fees charged by our agency to provide sitter services to your family. All agency fees are non-refundable in part or in full.
Monthly Membership Fee: $60 charged on the 1st of Every Month ongoing until you cancel – includes 4 pre-booked sitter shifts per month.
Membership cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the next month’s charge in writing to our email address.
Family is responsible for paying the sitter for all hours worked with family.
Non-Membership Fees:
One Time Reservation Fee: $25 per date without our monthly membership.
Same Day Reservation Fee: An additional fee of $15 is due if you need to book a “same day” sitter.
Holiday Reservation Fee: $40 – must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. Late Reservation Holiday Fee: $60 (less than 13 days before the holiday)
* Holidays are: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Cancellation Policy: All Sitter Reservations require a 24 hour Cancellation Notice. If you cancel your service with less than a 24 hour notice, a service fee of $85 will be charged to the card on your account. *Cancellations should be sent to our office via text or email.
Sitter Fees
There is always a 4 hour Minimum when reserving a Sitter!
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour base rate for 1 child. Each additional child is $2 more per hour.
Ex: 3 children is $24 per hour
Holiday Rate: Time & a half for all hours worked on a posted Holiday – with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve (after 4pm) and New Years Day which are all paid as Double Time.
Families are responsible for paying their sitters at the end of each shift via Cash or an agreed upon Payment App such as Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. Suncoast Sitters is not responsible for the payment of sitter fees to the sitter.
