Our Agency Processes and Fees
Our Nanny Placement Process starts with our client family completing our application below. We will then contact you to schedule a home visit to learn more about you and your family’s care needs. We then commence our recruiting from our pool of nannies or via outside sources to find your perfect match.
The family then starts the interview process from the nanny matches made. Once you’ve determined who you will be hiring, you make the offer, complete your family/nanny contract and set your start date. Once this is set, the placement fee is due to Suncoast.
Agency Placement Fees
Retainer: $250 – (Non-Refundable) The retainer free is due upon submitting your application to hire a Nanny. This starts your search process.

Replacement Guarantee: We prioritize your safety with extensive screenings, including, but not limited to, criminal background checks and previous employment references. If your hire isn’t the perfect fit, wee will replace them for free within the first 90 days. \
